I get hungry quite easily nowadays. Maybe it's due to the lack of cigarettes. I have to admit: I do feel a little healthier now that there's no tar in my body. I don't feel addicted anymore but once in a while I do feel the urge to smoke, especially after watching a good movie. Kind of a tradition thing... like after a meal and so on.

I do know, too, that my smoker friends will now have one less kaki to tarik. Too bad. I guess I need this. Feels good. A bit like redemption. Haha. Now I'm less bad than before. :D
