In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti. Amen.

Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi by Gainax.

Abenobashi and Fooly Kooly have been two of the better anime I've seen recently. Forget surrealism and just laugh!

A 'new' version of Ayanami Rei in Abenobashi?

I walked through Chinatown tonight and found that those tourist carriage tours like to drag horse shit all over Chinatown. I thought they had shit bags tied to the horses' arses?

I went to an Asian supermarket and guess what?

I FOUND 4 BOTTLES OF VITAMILK!!!!!!! 67 cents each!!!!

Been listening to Perez Prado, my introduction to mambo and Cuban stuff. It's quite good... and I like the old school flavour to it. I find it quite tasteful. Like tango and bossa nova, even when they are quite different from mambo. So, mambo es kool... Especially like Prado's Patrizia, which was featured in Fellini's La Dolce Vita.

My friend's say I'm pretty discriminate about my tastes for art. Yet, i find no shortage of stuff that I can fall in love with. Some of my family think I'm pretty narrow-minded about my interests, but what I find is that they never really had a priority for the arts. Much like most of Singapore.

Actually, I know a lot more people other than myself who like a very narrow range of music. They only listen to one kind of music. Nothing else. People who know me think I'm like that too. But when asked what kind of music I actually listen to, they're stumped. They can't stop naming tracks...

Like I said before, there are only two kinds of music to me, and in this, I'm very narrow-minded: good music and bad music.

Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam.
