Habemus Papam.

First, I predicted the new Pope to be an older man. Second, I predicted the Pope to be in the Curia. Third, I predicted that the new Pope would choose the name Benedict. And just before Conclave started, I thought the new Pope could very, very possibly be Joseph Ratzinger.

Funny how things work out. I never thought that it was that obvious either. All the while, I thought that though he was probably the best candidate, they might not elect him because of his age. After all, a man too old might not be able to connect well with young people.

Anyhow, I'm heading to Bali from this Thursday to next Monday.
