A fragment of my notes.

A friend of mine shared a lesson this evening, and much of it is frighteningly relevant to me and I am so humbled by His message.

Romans 12.2 (The Message) Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you. (Read in context)

I pray that I will continuously be transformed everyday and recognise what God wants from me. I pray that I will be quick to respond to His call and let Him do His work through my person. I pray that whatever God does in me, it will be a sign of His love that is visible to others, so that others, seeing that I have been transformed, will turn to God for their own transformation.
